Blueberry Pulled Pork Vegetable Sausage Salad

  1. Put blueberry pulled pork ingridients into 4quart slow cooker.
  2. Low for 8-10 hours.
  3. Remove shred add back to slow cooker and mash.toss to coat in sauce.
  4. Salad slice and dice veggies.cut sausage.some lemon juice on diced avacado(keep from turning brown) fry onion.
  5. Use a light dressing.
  6. Mix veggies and sausage.
  7. Put pulled pork and onions on top.
  8. Serve.
