Floating turkey soup
- 48 oz chicken stock
- 2 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 large diced red onion
- 1 tsp rosemary(fresh or ground)
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb your choice pasta
- 1 packages frozen turkey meatballs
- In large pot sweat carrot,onion &celery til soft.
- Add chicken stock bring to a slow simmer.
- Add spices.
- Taste before adding salt and pepper stock might already have enough salt
- Add pasta cook until tender.
- Add meatballs simmer until meatballs are warmed thru
- Serve with swiss grilled cheese sandwich or crispy garlic bread
