Tortellini with Bacon and Peas
- 2 package fresh tortellini
- 4 slice bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 package frozen peas
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- Heat large covered saucepot of salted water to boiling over high heat.
- Add pasta and cook as label directs.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook bacon and onion over medium heat 10 minutes or until bacon is browned and onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add wine and boil 1 minute, stirring.
- Stir in cream, frozen peas, and pepper; heat to boiling over high heat.
- Remove skillet from heat.

- Drain tortellini.
- Add tortellini to cream mixture and toss to coat.
