Crockpot Pork Stroganoff
- 2 lb Pork, cut into bite size pieces or strips
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 envelope Brown gravy mix
- 1/2 envelope French onion soup mix
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dried dill
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Cooked egg noodles or rice
- Melt butter and oil in a large pan.
- Dredge your porkchops in the flour, placing them in the pan and saute until just browned.
- Add your porkchops along with the drippings and all the scrapings to the crockpot.
- Add all your other ingredients except for the sourcream into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for eight hours or high for four.
- Add your sour cream and stir well.
- Enjoy over cooked egg noodles, rice or even mashed potatoes!
