Grecian Chicken and Potatoes

  1. Place the chicken in a large shallow baking pan.
  2. Combine the lemon juice, garlic salt, pepper and oregano; pour over chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350F for 1-1/4 hours or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
  5. For potatoes, place the onion in an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.
  6. Arrange potatoes in rows over the onion, with slices slightly overlapping.
  7. Combine remaining ingredients.
  8. Pour over potatoes.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350F for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until tender.
