Grandma LaVonne's Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Mix everything together except shells
  2. Spray bottom of 9 X 13 cooking dish.
  3. Put small amount of mixture in bottom of dish.
  4. Stuff tortillas with mixture, wrap, & place in dish.
  5. Pour rest of mixture over the wraps and top with tomato and onion.
  6. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
