Grandma LaVonne's Chicken Enchiladas
- 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Rotel tomatoes
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 cup chopped chicken
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 10 tortilla shells
- 1 tomato
- 1 green onion
- Mix everything together except shells
- Spray bottom of 9 X 13 cooking dish.
- Put small amount of mixture in bottom of dish.
- Stuff tortillas with mixture, wrap, & place in dish.
- Pour rest of mixture over the wraps and top with tomato and onion.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
