Pineapple Casserole

  2. Preheat oven to 350F.

  4. Grease a 9x13 pan.

  6. Cube the bread slices.
  7. Use about an average-sized loaf (amount is flexible).

  9. Cream the butter, sugar and eggs until light.

  11. Stir in bread and pineapple.

  13. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

  15. Bake for 60 minutes.
  16. (Cover with foil about halfway through baking.)
  17. The casserole should be set up in the middle like a cake, but not over-done.
  18. This is especially delicious with a Christmas or Easter ham.
