Pineapple Casserole
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 20 ounces, fluid Pineapple, Crushed
- 1 whole Loaf Of Bread, Cubed

- Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2.
- Grease a 9x13 pan.
- 3.
- Cube the bread slices.
- Use about an average-sized loaf (amount is flexible).
- 4.
- Cream the butter, sugar and eggs until light.
- 5.
- Stir in bread and pineapple.
- 6.
- Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
- 7.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
- (Cover with foil about halfway through baking.)
- The casserole should be set up in the middle like a cake, but not over-done.
- This is especially delicious with a Christmas or Easter ham.
