Chlada Felfel (Tomato And Green Pepper Salad) Algeria Recipe

  1. Broil the green peppers in an oven for several min, turning them 3 or possibly 4 times, till the skin blisters.
  2. Cold them till you can handle them, and then peel them and remove the seeds, and chop them.
  3. Place in the center of a serving plate, and arrange tomato slices around them.
  4. Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over vegetables.
  6. Decorate with olives and anchovies.
  7. Serves 4.
