Amaretto Sour

• 4 oz Amaretto
• 1 oz Limoncello
• 3 oz Lemon juice
• to taste Agave syrup
• 1 Egg white
• dash Bitters

1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for several minutes
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Pour into glasses.
4. Garnish with cherries
