AMIES CHOCOLATE Creme/frosting

  1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually sift in the cornstarch, whisk the milk slowly and add the zest of the lemon, mixing well until creamy.
  3. Cook over medium heat , stirring constantly.
  4. Let it boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  6. Meanwhile, put the chocolate into a bowl over a pan of hot water (bagnomaria) and stir until melted.
  7. Remove from the heat and whisk in the prepared mixture.
  8. You can use this as creme, and frosting.
  9. Serve warm or chilled.
  10. Same procedure as the first step for the white chocolate creme Just mix the vanilla extract into the milk.
  11. Same procedure for the milk chocolate creme.
  12. Just add cinnamon powder into the milk.
