Pork and Konnyaku Stir-Fry

  1. Cut the konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and cook the konnyaku until brown.
  3. Transfer the konnyaku to a plate and add the pork.
  4. Cook the pork until no longer pink and add the marked seasonings and cook for a short while.
  5. Return the konnyaku to the pan (add the red hot pepper if you like) and toss to combine.
  6. Sprinkle with scallions and you're done!
