Pork and Konnyaku Stir-Fry
- 100 grams Pork
- 1 Konnyaku
- 3 tbsp Dashi soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Butter
- 1 Thinly sliced red chili pepper (optional)
- 1 Thinly sliced scallion
- Cut the konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt the butter in a pan and cook the konnyaku until brown.
- Transfer the konnyaku to a plate and add the pork.
- Cook the pork until no longer pink and add the marked seasonings and cook for a short while.
- Return the konnyaku to the pan (add the red hot pepper if you like) and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with scallions and you're done!
