Green Tea Edamame with Roasted Black Sesame Salt

  1. Bring 2 qt.
  2. water to a boil in large pot, and remove from heat.
  3. Add tea bags, and let steep 3 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags, and bring liquid to a simmer over high heat.
  5. Add edamame, and cook 7 minutes.
  6. Drain.
  7. Grind sesame seeds and salt in coffee grinder until coarsely ground.
  8. Toss with edamame.
  9. Serve in big bowl.
