Chicken, Avocado and Eggplant Rolls
- 400g (2 small) skinless chicken breast fillets
- 4 multi-grain bread rolls, split
- 1/3 cup JL KRAFT Eggplant & Garlic Deli Spread
- lettuce leaves, to serve
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced

- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked.
- Remove, wrap in foil and rest 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
- Spread base of rolls with Deli Spread.
- Top with lettuce, onion, sliced chicken, avocado then bread roll lid; serve.
