Chicken, Avocado and Eggplant Rolls

  1. 400g (2 small) skinless chicken breast fillets 4 multigrain rolls, split 1/3 cup JL KRAFT Eggplant & Garlic Deli Spread Lettuce leaves, to serve 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 1 avocado, sliced Heat an oiled grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked.
  3. Remove, wrap in foil and rest 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  4. Spread base of rolls with Deli Spread.
  5. Top with lettuce, onion, sliced chicken, avocado then bread roll lid; serve.
