Chocolatey Goodness in a Crust

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave according to your manufacturer's directions.
  2. (I used 2 minutes and it worked great.
  3. ).
  4. Stir evaporated milk into chocolate until blended.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into pie shell.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. If desired, pie can be decorated with whipped topping and/or semi-sweet chocolate shavings.
