Maced Sole Fillets
- 2 sole fillets (about 1/2 lb)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon ground mace
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the sole filets, side by side, and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn the filets, sprinkle the pepper and mace, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the juice and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve into the dishes, adding the parsley on top.
