Roasted butternut squash

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Toss squash with oil.
  3. Combine spices and sprinkle over squash.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread in single layer on two baking sheets.
  6. Bake 40 min, turning every 10.
