Italian Green Beans
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 14 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- garlic, to taste
- 1 lb fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in Italian dressing and let simmer for a few minutes to thicken up slightly.
- Add green beans.
- Cover and cook for 7-15 minutes, stirring often and checking to make sure the beans are cooked to your desired tenderness.
- Uncover and cook until beans reach desired tenderness, if not previously done.
