Brats With Beer Gravy

  1. Put all ingredients in a tall pot, bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Turn heat down to med-low to a simmer.
  3. Simmer slowly for about 4 hours until beer is thick
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes.
