Sweet Cherry-Cola Barbecue Sauce

• 1 1/2 cups ketchup
• One 12-ounce can cherry cola
• 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon sweet cherry-cola rub

1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and gently simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
