East Coast Crab Appetizers Recipe

• 1/2 pound processed cheese spread
• 3/4 c. butter
• 1 pound crab meat, shredded
• 1 can (4 ounce.) mushrooms, minced
• 2 pkg. English muffins, toasted lightly

1. Heat cheese and butter; add in crab meat and mushrooms.
2. Spoon on quartered muffins.
3. Place under broiler till slightly browned.
4. Yield: 12-14 servings.
