Beef Marinated

  1. In a bowl, put the beef and mix all the ingredients for marinate.
  2. Stab the beef using the knife to let the mixture pendtrate the beef
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight
  4. Pour 1 liter sprite to pan with the marinated beef and add 2 tablespoon brown sugar.
  5. Let it come to boil and simmer until all the liquid ingredients is absorbed by the beef.
  6. Set aside for 5 minutes before slicing.
