Asian Inspired Salad
- 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) bag mixed salad greens, of your choice
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 2 cups cooked soybeans
- 2 cups pre-cooked sliced chicken breasts
- In sauce pan heat water to boiling and add in frozen soy beans, cook as directed on package.
- While soybeans are cooking toss together remaining ingredients.
- Run soy beans under cold water and then add to salad mixture.
- Toss until well combined and then serve with your favorite dressing.
