Chocolate-Berry Parfaits
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 32 vanilla wafers, divided
- 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries) Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Pour milk into large bowl.
- Add dry pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Gently stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping.
- Reserve 8 of the wafers for later use.
- Spoon half of the berries evenly into 8 parfait glasses.
- Stand 3 of the remaining wafers around inside edge of each glass.
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly over berries in glasses.
- Repeat layers of berries and pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and the reserved wafers just before serving.
- Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
