Barbecue Sauce Au Justin Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions and bell pepper in extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Add in garlic, wine and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover, then cook over a low fire for at least 2 hrs.
  5. Use on finished barbecue, NOT AS A BASTING SAUCE.
  6. This is garontee to hot the belly.
