Taco Salad
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- 12 cup white rice
- 13 cup ground chicken
- 14 cup chopped tomato
- 14 cup black beans
- 14 cup of sliced cucumber
- 14 cup cheese
- 14 cup of crushed low fat corn chips
- 14 cup onion
- 34 cup sour cream (more or less)
- 34 cup ketchup (more or less)
- 14 cup of low fat guacamole (more or less)
- Place lettuce in the bowl, and then the rice and chicken.
- Place the remaining ingredients in desired order.
- Enjoy!
