Easy Cheesy Pizza Bake
- 1-23 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 3/4 cups Sliced Pepperoni
- 5 whole Sliced Crimini Mushrooms
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- 1.
- Mix Bisquick and milk in a bowl to form dough.
- (It should be pretty thick.)
- 2.
- Using half the dough, drop spoonfuls into a greased casserole dish.
- (I used an 8x8 dish with tall sides.)
- 3.
- Drizzle half the pizza sauce over the dough.
- 4.
- Cover dough and sauce with a layer of half the pepperoni and then half the mushrooms.
- 5.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over everything.
- 6.
- Repeat steps 2-5.
- 7.
- Bake at 375F for 35-45 minutes (depending on the depth of the casserole).
- Notes: This recipe can easily be made with other pizza toppings.
- You can also flavor the dough with garlic or fresh rosemary.
