Artichoke Cheese Squares Recipe

  1. Heat a medium-sized skillet over moderate flame, then add in oil.
  2. Saute/fry onion and garlic till soft and translucent/soft.
  3. Don't brown.
  4. Beat Large eggs and whites in bowl.
  5. Add in minced artichoke hearts.
  6. Stir in rest of ingredients.
  7. Pour into a greased or possibly sprayed 7 x 11 baking dish.
  8. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  9. at 325 F till set.
  10. Let cold before cutting into squares.
