Neapolitan Pizza Sauce

• 14 ounces roma tomatoes, drained and run through a food mill
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dry oregano
• 14 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Stir well.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
