Grilled Pork Chops 'n' Peaches

  1. In food processor, combine garlic, cilantro, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; pulse until very finely chopped.
  2. Add soy sauce and pulse to incorporate.
  3. Transfer to large resealable plastic bag and add pork chops.
  4. Rub garlic mixture all over chops, seal bag tightly, and refrigerate until ready to grill, up to overnight.
  5. In same processor (do not clean bowl), combine lime juice, sugar, red pepper, and 2 peaches, cut into quarters; puree until smooth.
  6. Can be refrigerated, covered, overnight.
  7. Prepare grill for direct grilling on medium-high.
  8. Cut remaining peaches into halves; grill 5 to 7 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning occasionally.
  9. Grill chops, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until cooked through (145 degrees F), turning over once.
  10. Grill green onions 3 minutes or until softened, turning occasionally.
  11. Serve with sauce.
