Kossman Eggplant Casserole 1

  1. .cook eggplant in salted water until tender
  2. makes 2 cups
  3. beat eggs
  4. mix in milk.
  5. add all ingredients
  6. pour into baking pan.
  7. top with whole corn flakes
  8. bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
