Lotus Martini
- Ice
- 1 3/4 ounces gin
- 1 1/2 ounces lychee nectar or juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons blue curacao
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grenadine
- 1 mint leaf
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the ingredients except the mint leaf and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the mint leaf.
