Mmm! Layered Chocolate Mousse Recipe
- 1 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. sifted butter
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce.) Cold Whip
- 1 (5.9) box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (5.9) box instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 basket fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 chocolate candy bar
- Mix first 3 ingredients.
- Press into 9x13 cake pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
- Let cold completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth.
- Mix in half of Cold Whip.
- Spread on top of crust.
- Mix chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
- Spread on top of cream cheese mix.
- Mix vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk; fold strawberries into vanilla pudding mix.
- Spread on top of chocolate mix.
- Cover the top with remaining Cold Whip.
- Slice candy bar with a potato peeler and add in to top of finished mousse.
- Chill 2 Hrs BEFORE SERVING.
