TRISH HBS WINGS
- 1 packages Cut chicken wings
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (light)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup sweet baby ray's honey mustard sauce(found at Brookshire's)
- 1 large vegetable oil
- Cut tips ,flats, and drums separate.
- Discard tips.
- Wash, drain, and let chicken sit until all water is gone.
- Season flats and legs with garlic black pepper seasoning and salt only.
- While doing this heat oil to 400F.
- After grease is hot and chicken is seasoned and drain from all excess water, drop as many wings as you like into hot oil.
- No flour necessary.
- Fry without it
- In a separate pot, add brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey mustard, and a teaspoon of butter together.
- Whisk together ingredients over low heat until light simmer.
- Remove from heat.
- After wings are cooked and drained, put wings into a container with lid, pour sauce all over, shake, and enjoy.
