  1. Cut tips ,flats, and drums separate.
  2. Discard tips.
  3. Wash, drain, and let chicken sit until all water is gone.
  4. Season flats and legs with garlic black pepper seasoning and salt only.
  5. While doing this heat oil to 400F.
  6. After grease is hot and chicken is seasoned and drain from all excess water, drop as many wings as you like into hot oil.
  7. No flour necessary.
  8. Fry without it
  9. In a separate pot, add brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey mustard, and a teaspoon of butter together.
  10. Whisk together ingredients over low heat until light simmer.
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. After wings are cooked and drained, put wings into a container with lid, pour sauce all over, shake, and enjoy.
