Crispy Chicken with Stuffing Dinner
- 6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
- 1 packet SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 3 cups or your favorite vegetable
- MOISTEN chicken pieces with water.
- Shake off excess.
- SHAKE 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan lined with foil.
- Discard any remaining coating mix in shaker bag.
- BAKE at 400F for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare stuffing and cook vegetables.
- Serve chicken with stuffing and vegetables.

- Make Ahead: Coat chicken the night before and refrigerate until ready to bake.
