Crispy Chicken with Stuffing Dinner

  1. MOISTEN chicken pieces with water.
  2. Shake off excess.
  3. SHAKE 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix.
  4. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan lined with foil.
  5. Discard any remaining coating mix in shaker bag.
  6. BAKE at 400F for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing and cook vegetables.
  8. Serve chicken with stuffing and vegetables.
  9. Tip!
  10. Make Ahead: Coat chicken the night before and refrigerate until ready to bake.
