Baked Vegetable Dip

  1. Combine chopped spinach, asparagus and artichokes in food processor.
  2. Blend with cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese blend until desired consistency.
  3. Put in glass baking dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
