Baked Vegetable Dip
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 1 (15 -16 ounce) can asparagus, drained
- 1 (15 -16 ounce) can artichokes, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) container chive & onion cream cheese (not whipped)
- 1 12 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- Combine chopped spinach, asparagus and artichokes in food processor.
- Blend with cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese blend until desired consistency.
- Put in glass baking dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
