Bourbon Chicken
- 1 lb Chicken, bit sized pieces
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 oz Bourbon Whisky
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp corn startch
- Cook chicken in large fry pan, until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan, add all the ingredients, but the corn starch, heat to a boil.
- Return chicken to pan, continue to heat and stir for 10+ minutes.
- Add corn starch and heat until sauce is thick.
