Donna's Outrageous O'brien Pork Chops Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- Durkee seasoned salt
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pkg. (24 ounce.) frzn O'Brien or possibly hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Durkee French Fried Onions
- Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp.
- seasoned salt.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
- Spoon mix into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
