Meatballs
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine eggs, crumbs, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, catsup and onion.
- Blend well.
- Form into small balls.
- Arrange in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
- In medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice, stirring occasionally until smooth and sauce is melted.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
- Makes about 60 meatballs.
