Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine eggs, crumbs, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, catsup and onion.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Form into small balls.
  5. Arrange in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
  6. In medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice, stirring occasionally until smooth and sauce is melted.
  7. Pour over meatballs.
  8. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
  9. Makes about 60 meatballs.
