Tamale Corn Recipe
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 (No. 2 1/2) cans cream style corn
- 2/3 c. corn meal
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 sm. can minced green chilies (pimento may be added for color)
- 1/2 pound sharp cheese, grated
- Combine Large eggs, corn, cornmeal, garlic salt, baking pwdr and salad oil.
- Fold in chilies.
- Grate part of cheese and stir in.
- Pour in baking dish and grate rest of cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
