Seafood Gourmet Recipe
- 2 c. white rice, cooked
- 2 c. wild rice, cooked
- 2 lg. onions
- 1 green pepper (optional)
- 2 c. minced celery
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. half and half
- 2 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Pepper
- Saute/fry onion, pepper, and celery in butter.
- Add in rest of ingredients.
- Combine gently.
- Top with slivered almonds which have been fried in butter.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
