Walnut Coffee Cake Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. flour (unbleached white)
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 1/4 c. shortening, butter
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 2 unbeaten Large eggs

1. Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt and blend in sugar.
2. Add in shortening and lowfat milk and beat 300 strokes.
3. Add in Large eggs and beat 2 min.
