Marty Family Bread and Sausage Stuffing

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well (I use my hands).
  2. Stuff both turkey openings (neck and rear end) of your turkey with stuffing and cover the stuffed openings with turkey skin (we use skewers to hold the skin in place).
  3. Don't be afraid to really press the stuffing in to make it all fit.
  4. Bake turkey according to its package directions.
  5. When turkey is done, remove stuffing to a separate bowl.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
