Cheesy Cheddar Mac and Cheese

  1. Cook pasta as directed
  2. Melt butter in pan
  3. On medium low heat, slowly add flour and stir until flour is cooked.
  4. About 5 minutes
  5. Then add 3 cups of milk continuously stirring to avoid clumps
  6. Add room temperature Kraft mild cheddar cheese on low heat stirring continuously
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Pour cheese sauce over pasta and bake in 350F oven for 1 hour.
