Moms Best Ever Meatloaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine egg, milk, Worcestershire, crackers, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sage, and parsely.
  2. Add ground beef and ground pork and mix well.
  3. Put the meat mixture into a ungreased square 8x8 glass baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard together and mix well.
  5. Spread over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake uncovered in a 375 degrees F oven for 1 hour.
  7. Slice and serve.
  8. Note: I like to bake this meatloaf in a square pan.
  9. I find that it takes less time to bake than in a loaf pan.
