Sausage Oven Pancake Recipe

• 8 ounce. pkg. brown 'n serve sausage links
• 1 c. pancake mix
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. minced apple

1. Brown sausage according to package directions.
2. In mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, lowfat milk, spices and egg, mix till batter is smooth.
3. Add in apple.
4. Pour into well-greased 10 by 6 by 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
5. Arrange sausages on top.
6. Bake in preheated 450 F oven for 20 min.
7. Serve warm with maple syrup.
8. Serves 5.
