Honeydew Mint Mist

• 1 cup ripe honeydew melon, chunks (about 1/4 melon)
• 15 large fresh mint leaves
• 4 cups chilled water

1. Puree all the ingredients together in a blender.
2. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
3. Chill well.
