Easy Salsa Chicken Bake
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
- 3/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine all ingredients except salsa and cheese in 8-inch square baking dish; cover.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Top with salsa and cheese; bake, uncovered, 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and liquid is absorbed.
