Lasagna

  1. Cook lasagna according to directions on box.
  2. Cool some by running cold water over it.
  3. Cook hamburger meat until done. Drain water and fat off meat.
  4. Saute onion in oil.
  5. Mix soup, spaghetti sauce, water, onions and hamburger meat in large pot. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly; it will scorch fast.
  6. Layer noodles, sauce and Monterey Jack cheese in large baking pan or dish.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake at 400u0b0 until nice and brown.
