Munch Mix

• 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
• 3 cups whole wheat cereal squares
• 1 cup salted blanched peanuts Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
• 1/2 cup each Kraft Peanut Butter and margarine
• 1 pkg (250 g) large Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
• red and green coloured sprinkles cake decorations

1. POP popcorn, remove any unpopped corn kernels.
2. Toss popcorn, cereal and peanuts together.
3. Set aside.
4. MELT peanut butter and margarine in a large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM for 1 minute.
5. Add marshmallows and microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH for 1 minute until marshmallows puff.
6. ADD marshmallows to cereal mixture and mix well to coat.
7. Pour marshmallow mixture onto two greased 15 x 10 inch (40 x 25 cm) baking sheets.
8. BAKE at 250F (120C) for 15 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with coloured sprinkles.
