Chili Cheese Black Bean Dip
- 3 cups Prepared Chili, Or An Equal Amount Of Canned
- 1 block Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Block)
- 3 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese
- 1 can Black Beans, 16 Ounces
- 1 pinch Favorite Southwest Seasoning - Cumin, Cayenne, Chili Powder
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, Chopped, For Topping
- In microwave safe bowl, melt together the first 3 ingredients.
- Heat it for 30 seconds at a time, and stir in between.
- Stop heating when its melted and stir well until mixed.
- Add black beans and seasoning, if desired.
- Transfer to a mini-crockpot for serving, keeping the heat on warm setting.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and chips!
- Note: I didnt need to season mine at all it just depends on the type of chili youre using and what tastes good to you.
- Also I made this with pepper jack Velveeta and it was FAN-TAS-TIC!
