Chili Cheese Black Bean Dip

  1. In microwave safe bowl, melt together the first 3 ingredients.
  2. Heat it for 30 seconds at a time, and stir in between.
  3. Stop heating when its melted and stir well until mixed.
  4. Add black beans and seasoning, if desired.
  5. Transfer to a mini-crockpot for serving, keeping the heat on warm setting.
  6. Serve with fresh cilantro and chips!
  7. Note: I didnt need to season mine at all it just depends on the type of chili youre using and what tastes good to you.
  8. Also I made this with pepper jack Velveeta and it was FAN-TAS-TIC!
